However, this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

Role Description

Responsible for day to day payroll operation including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, MPF administration, employer's return reporting, etc.
Partner with other teams to ensure the payroll processing is performed accurately
Key in and maintain data in HRIS timely, including Payroll System, HRIS etc.
Answer the general enquiries on payroll calculation
Prepare regular payroll related report, full-time employee report for internal use
Assist Finance Department in ad hoc payroll projects/ analysis

Desired Skills and Experience

3-4 years' experience in performing payroll functions and benefit administration in MNC, F&B, retail or logistics industries
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent
Have a basic understanding on Employment Ordinance
Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
Independent, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel, reporting and project administration, experience in using SAP / Workday HRIS is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English
Immediate available or short notice is preferred
